My answer to this is: research efilism & reject predation. In the meantime, the No.1 thing people can & should do is to not breed & buy them as pets. But I still feel it's so wrong when vegans feed alive rodents to your pet snakes. That means you value the lives of your pets over the lives of the rodents & if there's some way for you to completely avoid this ethical dilemma by not owning them in the first place, please do. It's even already hard to feed cats as well & I can only hope for vegan cat foods & lab-grown meat to be quickly available & affordable for every cat owners.

For the few people that have abnormally cold houses, get a temperature regulator! Its the best way to add a little heat for a super cold house l, without the fear of them over heating! You can set them to turn on or off at certain temperatures!

Why don't you let him be free roaming? I also have a flemish gaint and she doesn't have any cage. Yes I have an ex.pen but I don't use it for her. She gets to go anywhere in the house she wants to. I've been a bunny parent for 20 years now My flemish is a great bunny and she also gives me the love back that I give her. She is part of the family and will never be in any type of ex pen or cage

I tried to feed my baby crested gecko Dubia roaches, but he refused to eat them and although I'm pretty sure he's eating the crested gecko diet fine I'm just worried that he'll get MBD or something because he won't eat the bugs

I use to breed Cresties about 10 to 12 years ago. But, due to unfortunate and unforeseen health issues that plagued my late partner, I ultimately stopped to take care of more important matters. Sadly, he passed away from PSP (basically a progressive form of Parkinson’s) in 2021. Shortly after his passing, I started getting the itch to start breeding again. After seeing your video, I’m absolutely blown away by how far the hobby has progressed. Your geckos are absolutely gorgeous. Simply stunning. Now that my life is finally starting to level out, and getting back to some semblance of normality, I’ll be checking your Morph Market listings really soon. This was quite a good video . Very informative. I think if i got myself a pet parrot, it would be the king parrot. They don't screech and scream ,bthey make a high pitch whistle which i imitate back to them . I get regular visits from them so probably don't need them to be pets , well they sorta are pets in a way . Just love em . Then there's the bronze wing pidgeons too which i just adore and they know me well .

My pigeon is super friendly, follows me around but he always bits me when I try to pet him.

I live in the uk. The uk gets cold. We don't have heating on cause its too expensive lol. The house is consistently lower than 19 C especially in the winter. If you live in a cold place, they need a heat source. Just make sure you have a thermostat.

And if I remember correctly, you guy's didn't have any info on dad. But I'd still love to see siblings of my little guy from future clutches of hers. I try to watch MM and look at the codes to see what has Elya listed on it.

Im a vegan and i would love to have a pet snake i agree with your points and it wouldn't be fair to let your animals have vegan diet we as humans dont need meet but i wouldn't have a problem feeling a snake rats and mice
